OneHealthDrugs – COST Action national representative for Sweden

It’s an honour to have been nominated as the Swedish national representative for the COST Action ‘CA21111 - One Health drugs against parasitic vector borne diseases in Europe and beyond (OneHealthdrugs)’. The aim of this Action is to coordinate the discovery of drugs halting human and animal vector borne diseases, in keeping with the principles of sustainability, and increasing the quality and delivery technologies of these novel drugs. My role as a COST Action member is to contribute expertise relating to the potential ecotoxicological impacts of novel drugs in the environment on wildlife and ecosystems, in order to reduce the potential hazards of drugs during their development and design.
