sARDINE workshop in Leipzig

It was fantastic to attend the first meeting of the sARDINE working group this week in Leipzig, Germany. The aim of sARDINE is to establish quantitative methods to evaluate ethodiversity, and synthesise high-resolution fish movement datasets to test whether classic spatial patterns of biodiversity apply to ethodiversity, and whether harvest affects these patterns. The sARDINE working group is funded by the German Centre for Integrative Biodiversity Research (iDiv).
